Delete your account and your data
This is an English translation provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
This page explains how to delete your ZAVENO account (app zaveno.app) and what happens to your data. Data controller: Manolo Cicero Aranda, Mérida, Yucatán, México.
From the app, in one minute
- Open ZAVENO (on Android or at train.zaveno.app).
- Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy.
- Tap Download my data if you want to keep a copy (a JSON file with your entire history).
- Tap Delete my account and confirm by typing the word it asks for.
The account and its content are deleted at that moment, without going through us.
If you no longer have access to the app
Write to privacidad@zaveno.app from your account's email address, or tell us your profile name. We verify that it is you and delete the account within a maximum of 5 business days. Free of charge.
What is deleted
- Your profile, workouts, routines, records, weight and body composition, daily check-ins, symptoms, injuries, supplementation and notes.
- The data received from your integrations (WHOOP, intervals.icu, Health Connect, Spotify) and the permissions you have granted.
- Your linked devices and your access keys (passkeys).
- The links you have shared externally stop working.
What is kept and for how long
- Encrypted server backups: up to 6 months, in case the system needs to be recovered from a failure. There, your information is no longer accessible from the app and is overwritten automatically over time.
- Technical logs (date, time and type of operation, without your content): up to 90 days, for security.
- None of this is used for advertising or sold, and we do not train artificial intelligence models with your data.
What you posted in other apps
If you shared a workout to Strava, Hevy or another application, that copy lives in your account there and must be deleted there. We only stop posting.
I only want to stop sharing something
You do not need to delete your account: in Settings → Privacy you can revoke your health data consent, and in Settings → Integrations you can disconnect each service separately.
