What the ZAVENO app does with the data you allow it to read from Health Connect (Android).
This is an English translation provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
What is read
- Heart rate, resting heart rate and variability (HRV).
- Sleep and its stages.
- Steps, weight, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, VO2 max and workouts.
Only the types you authorize on the Android permissions sheet are read. ZAVENO does not write anything to Health Connect.
What for
To show you your recovery, your training load and the heart rate of your sessions within ZAVENO.
Where it is stored
- It is sent encrypted (HTTPS) to the ZAVENO server and stored linked to your account, with the source of each data point (for example, which app wrote it).
- It is not sold or shared with third parties, and it is not used for advertising.
- An AI assistant reads it only if you connect one and give it permission, from Settings → Integrations. That assistant never receives the raw wearable data.
- If you use ZAVENO AI and give your consent, the summaries your question needs are sent to OpenAI to generate the reply. OpenAI does not use them to train its models. It does not receive the raw wearable data either. Details in the privacy notice.
Your control
- You can remove the permission whenever you want, in Health Connect or in ZAVENO → Settings → Integrations.
- In Settings → Privacy you can download all your data or delete your account, with everything in it.
